  Going full blinders on this one. Was out in Visalia for work with a friend and he recommended we eat here for lunch. Usually I'd look up a place here on Yelp before agreeing, but had a good feeling so I took a chance and just went with the flow. Also, I'm not even gonna read what others have to say before writing up my own review.
  
  Wow. I was blown away the moment I took my first bite. I try to avoid places like Charley's or other sandwhich shops that sell philly cheesesteaks because I'm always let down. But this establishment completely surprised me. Definitely another hidden gem in Visalia that deserves more publicity. And it's definitely hidden. Heads up, it's a small restaurant so I can see it getting crowded in there during peak hours. So plan accordingly, not just for seating, but parking can be a challenge too. The food here is top notch. The caramelized parts of the philly cheesesteak is insanely yummy. Also chatted with the owner and said a food truck is coming, so stay tuned people of Visalia!

  Went here for lunch after my site visits.
  
  Sandwich: 5/5
  
  Asked for the special and wanted the mushroom sandwich instead. The older lady behind the counter allowed it and food came out 5-10 minutes later. It tasted good.
  
  One complaint: is that when getting my soda- i got ice and my ice had something on it. It was black and looked like grass or something. I just tossed the ice and got new ones.

  Still the same old small place but always busy. Had their mushroom burger just for the mere fact that I saw it on their Instagram page.
  
  Well it came out looking just like the picture. Tasted amazing!!! Mushrooms were very marinated and the jack cheese was oozing. Plus they don't use ice beg lettuce but instead use Romaine lettuce. It was fresh and crisp big plus!! The service was exceptional. I really had no complaints whatsoever.
  
  I'll definitely be back!

  The worst place I ever ate at the guy was rushing us out looked mad when me and my family walked in and the food wasn't great and the chili was just water

  Not for me.  My husband and I got 2 classic philly cheesesteaks and they were not good.  The best was not flavored or seasoned well and several bites were too chewy from fat and gristle.  They also don't have french fries but have potato salad and chips.  My husband got the potato salad and said it was not good.  The whole thing was also very greasy.
  
  It left us unsatisfied and we will definitely not be returning.
